Insurance

When opting for insurance, please note that our insurance policy covers against damage that may occur in transit i.e. from leaving our warehouse to arriving at its destination. It does not cover loss or theft of product from any location. We highly recommend that our customers take advantage of signature required option for deliveries.

Stock:

Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
